Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or location entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates the tool. That provider processes the query and supplies its result. We do not keep or log those search terms on our own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We retain an email message when needed to respond. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal duty.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, the servers automatically receive basic technical information about the visit:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any

We do not keep, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. The published material explains how to request Pike County records from the sheriff, the criminal courts, the Missouri State Highway Patrol criminal repository, and the Missouri Sex Offender Registry. Those government records are governed in part by the Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610, and the repository dissemination framework in RSMo §§43.500-.543.
